STS EZ-METER 1-1/2" 6 PRODUCT KIT

Product Description

Ag Spray Equipment’s STS-EZ-METER system enables bulk product transfer without the need for 12 volt chemical pumps and meters. The STS-EZ-METER 5283120 is a 6 product high flow system that utilizes an 1-1/2” Oval Gear flowmeter which is excellent for applications with different densities eliminating the need for calibration of the meter due to temperature fluctuation or when switching products with different viscosity's. The digital display shows the amount of product flowing through the meter in real time, allowing the operator to shut off flow when the desired output is reached. After product is measured, the STS EZ Meter system allows the operator to run a rinse cycle to ensure all product is flushed before moving onto the next. Zeroing the meter is as easy as pushing a button before switching to the next product.  Display is mounted in sealed box protecting it from moisture, dust and debris. 

The 5283120 STS-EZ-METER is the high volume system constructed with 2" manifold fittings with 6 product input.  The input connection 2" male quick coupler allows for convenient connection to tank shuttle hoses.  The 6 input connections provide flexibility when teamed with Ag Spray Quad Chem Tote Rack System so that when changing products the extra 2 inputs can have designated hoses-inputs eliminating the need for timely and messy cleaning and rinsing of lines.  

The STS-EZ-Meter system can be plumbed on the suction side or pressure side of the pump utilizing the suction from the pump or the STS venturi system to pull product through the meter into the line.  The vertical stand allows the digital display and control valves to be ergonomically mounted for convenient control.  The 5283120 STS-EZ-METER can be retro-fit to an existing STS inductor or ordered with a new STS inductor system to meter your application needs.
